106. (1) The Association may make rules for
(a) the election of officers of the Association
(b) the summoning and conduct of meetings of the Association
(c) admission to and termination of membership
(d) creating categories of membership, including associate membership for medical students, medical
assistants and primary care practitioners and nurse practitioners
(e) all other matters that are necessary or expedient to ensure the efficient functioning of the Association
106. - (2) Until any new or amendment rules are made under subsection (5), the rules of the Fiji Medical
Association in force immediately prior to the commencement of this Decree are the rules of the Fiji
Medical Association continued by subsection (1).
